You can purchase your items and pick them up at Monobrand showroom & office or have them delivered directly to your door. Here you'll find everything you need to know about delivery and pickup.
STORE PICK UP
Monobrand s.r.o. offers personal pick up at no costs at our showroom Sokolovská 98/96, CZ – 186 00 Praha 9-Karlín. You'll receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the showroom. If you would like someone else to pick up your items, please send us a short notification. To let someone else pick up your items, the person will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.
Monobrand uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. We choose which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature.
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Shipping Cost vary according to the weight and dimensions of your selected items. If you chose to have an item delivered, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the invoice.
We'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Our standard delivery time is 1- 3 weeks dependent whether it is a stock item or has to be backordered. Out of stock or backordered items can take additional 2-4 weeks before items are back in stock and available to be ready for pick up or shipping.
On average domestic shipping can take an additional 4-6 working days from when items are picked up by the courier. Remember that the delivery times include working days only. Bank holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods, i.e. Christmas, are not considered.
